Service
A work often used but seldom lived up to in reality.

Old Fashion Service
This  is what I specialize in, the type service that places you the Buyer or Seller in first place.
This is where I go above and beyond to assure your experience is as pleasant as possible. The type service that some call personal service. Why? Because you deserve it. Being a US Marine (retired) I have moved from coast to coast as well as overseas purchasing homes at most of my duty stations. I/We have  experienced the trials and stress of uprooting and reestablishing the family in a new location. These moves have provided me with a first hand knowledge of how important it is to have someone who is there to help you and your family's move. A person who will have your best interest at heart. Someone who will take the time to understand your wants, needs and desires up front. A person that will listen to you. Then do my very best to make your wants, needs and desires become a reality for your family. Someone who has the heart of a teacher. Keeping you informed at all times. These are my goals. You see I know the purchase or sale of a home is a major financial investment/transaction in your life. Therefore it is imperative that I educate you, so you are able to make the best decisions for your family.

Who is Glenn LeBlanc/ Born and raised in Lafayette, La... I joined the US Marine Corps in 1965 to defend our country's interest. I served in Viet Nam from 1965 thou 1967. All total I served 28 truly enjoyable years as a Marine. I retired June 1, 1993. We moved to Millbrook, Al. for the next four years I attended Auburn University to earn a Bachalor of Science degree in Marketing. After which we moved to Havelock, NC. Where I served as a Financial Adviser for two and a half years. Being a Financial Adviser is a great job, it simply wasn't for me. Therefore I made the move to Real Estate earning my Brokers license in April 2000. Happily went to work at Coldwell Banker First Realty where I serve to this day. Happiness is helping others Buy or Sell a home.  From 1965 to 1997 I and my family moved 12 times, renting or living on base only 3 times. Therefore we moved on average every 2 and a half years. Buying and selling homes along the way. This experance has served me in serving many people in the purchase and or sale of their home.

I married my Bride of 39 years on January 2, 1970 while stationed in Albany, Ga... We have been Blessed with two terrific Daughters with a couple of great Son-in-Laws which has produced the best gift of all two fantastic Grandchildren.
(If you have time ask me about my grandchildren).
